Rami Ramireddy is a seasoned executive with more than 25 years of expertise in leading enterprise technology initiatives, delivering turnkey ERP implementations and custom software solutions. Rami is a visionary leader, committed to fostering innovation, building resilient teams, and driving sustainable growth through operational excellence and strategic technology deployment. He is experienced in building and integrating complex API systems, web portals, and ERP platforms across diverse industries, focusing on simplifying processes and ensuring timely delivery. This experience led him to found Enterprise Software Solutions Inc. in 2014 to solve ERP implementation challenges companies face from data migration and system set-up to connecting ERPs with external software and clients. Fueled by his deep technical, functional and strategic understanding of ERP systems, API development and web solutions, he leads ESS to align technology and business objectives for clients. With his expertise in Azure and hybrid architectures, Rami guides organizations toward scalable solutions that achieve measurable results on time and within budget. Under his leadership, ESS developed tailored web portals to meet specific customer needs.

David Copas is ESS’ chief strategy officer. He has more than 45 years of experience leading strategy, company operations, and software development organizations. An experienced executive in chief operating, senior management and chief information officer roles, David led two companies’ multi-national logistics, distribution and information system efforts over 10 years. David came on board at ESS in 2024 to serve as chief strategy officer and an advisor for the ESS board of directors. He also serves on the board of Aranscia companies. David co-founded IT21 Solutions and the MedTek21 precision medication platform (acquired by Aranscia). T21 Solutions was forged from a partnership of highly experienced "C-level" executives in enterprise consulting to deliver real results with real ROI. As a Principal at IT21 Solutions, David performed strategy development, system development management and assessments for a variety of companies, including AmerisourceBergen and Harbor Freight, and has held executive operations and technology roles with companies such as Russell Stover Candies, Inc., Advanced Auto / Western Auto, and Payless Shoe Source.

Chris Mann is an ESS board member and vice president of information technology at IBT Industrial Solutions, a full-service industrial distributor delivering exceptional service, products, training, and consulting to variety of industries. At IBT, Chris is responsible for all IT operations, His responsibilities include application development and support, business systems, network infrastructure, process and procedure, hardware and software evaluation and procurement, vendor relationships, security, IT service delivery, and telecommunications. Chris leads with a customer service philosophy and is adept at building and managing alignment between IT and the business. His experience is tremendous value to the ESS advisory board. Chris has been with IBT since 2022 and has more than 25 years of IT experience, aligning technology investments with business goals and providing technology solutions that solve complex business problems. Before IBT, Chris spent 17 years as executive vice president and chief information officer for D.H. Pace Company, Inc., an industry leader in the sales, installation, and servicing of all types of doors, loading dock, and access control systems.
