Enterprise Software Solutions (“ESS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides ERP consulting, implementation, integration, and AI services to businesses. We respect your privacy and are committed to handling personal information responsibly. This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect through our website and services, how we use and share it, the safeguards we apply, and the rights and choices available to you.
By using our website or contacting us, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Information We Collect
We collect personal information in three ways:
- Information you give us. When you submit a contact or demo request form, request access to demo content, interact with our chatbot, or communicate with our team, we collect details such as your name, business email, company, phone number, and the contents of your message.
- Information collected automatically. As you browse, we automatically receive technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, referring pages, and how you interact with our content, gathered through cookies and similar technologies.
- Information from third parties. We may receive business-contact and company-firmographic data from analytics and marketing providers to help us understand our visitors and improve our outreach.
The table below summarizes the categories of personal information we handle:

| Marketing & analytics data | Cookie identifiers, campaign source, on-site activity | Understand our audience and measure marketing effectiveness |
2. How We Use Your Information

- Verify eligibility and grant secure access to demo videos, including sending a one-time passcode (OTP) to your email for two-factor authentication.
- Operate, maintain, secure, and improve our website and services.
- Send you relevant information about our services where permitted, and manage our communications with you.
- Analyze usage and measure the effectiveness of our marketing.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms and agreements.
3. Cookies, Analytics & Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality, analytics, and marketing. Some are set by trusted third parties that help us understand site traffic, attribute marketing campaigns, and protect our forms, including Google Ads, Leadfeeder, and ZoomInfo for analytics and marketing, and Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention.
You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings. We also honor recognized opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control (GPC), where required by law. Disabling certain cookies may limit site functionality.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as described below:
- Service providers. Vendors that process data on our behalf under contract, such as cloud hosting (Microsoft Azure), email delivery (SendGrid), analytics, and security providers.
- Our delivery teams. Our personnel in the United States and India, solely to provide and support the services you request.
- Legal and safety reasons. When required by law or to protect our rights, our users, or the public.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
Some analytics and advertising cookies may involve “sharing” of identifiers for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under certain state laws. You can opt out as described in the California section below.
5. International Data Transfers
ESS operates from the United States with a delivery center in India. Your information may be processed in, or accessed from, these countries and by our service providers. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, to protect personal information transferred across borders.
6. Data Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and multi-factor authentication for sensitive resources. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When it is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
8. Your Privacy Rights & Choices
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, to object to certain processing, and to receive a copy of your data. You may also opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. To make a request, use the contact details at the end of this policy; we will verify and respond consistent with applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
9. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell personal information for money. To the extent our use of analytics and advertising cookies constitutes “sharing” under California law, you may opt out by adjusting your cookie settings or by broadcasting a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, which we honor. The categories of personal information we collect are listed in the table in Section 1. You may exercise these rights, or designate an authorized agent to do so, using the contact details below.
10. EEA & UK Privacy Rights (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal information on one or more of the following legal bases: your consent, performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and promoting our business, and compliance with legal obligations. You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
11. Children’s Privacy
Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
12. Third-Party Links
Our site may link to websites and services we do not control. This policy does not apply to those sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy practices.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and we will provide additional notice for material changes where appropriate.
