How is this an AI alternative to EDI?

What is PO acknowledgement (POA) matching?
When a supplier returns a PO acknowledgement, the AI matches it back against the original purchase order line by line — quantities, prices and dates — and flags any differences as exceptions for review. Matched acknowledgements are reconciled automatically, so your team only looks at the POAs that disagree with what you ordered.
How are new customers handled differently from returning ones?
Returning customers get learned field mappings, so their orders flow through with no setup. For new customers, the AI suggests mappings from historical patterns across similar layouts, so a reviewer confirms rather than configures from scratch.
